These exact words pertain to pit bull worshipers. Instead of placing blame on victims and potential victims, acknowledge your dog has potential to attack without warning, that it will kill its victim unless stopped which may require killing it, then protect others from your choice of dog.

Pit bull defenders are like the rapists. Keep your dogs from attacking people, don't expect people to know how to defend themselves from fighting breed dogs.
